Kadian Kennelly
Kadian is a qualified Social Worker (MSc Social Work) and Best Interests Assessor with over 15 years of experience promoting and protecting the rights, dignity, and liberties of some of society’s most vulnerable individuals. Driven by a genuine passion for supporting others, Kadian has built a diverse career across a range of Social Work and Social Care settings. Her commitment to empowering individuals and promoting positive outcomes has shaped a practice centred on compassion, respect, inclusion, and person-centred support.
In her current role as Director and Registered Manager, Kadian works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique experiences, circumstances, and support needs. She brings an excellent understanding of safeguarding, privacy, dignity, independence, and person-centred practice, enabling her to develop and implement approaches that promote meaningful choice, autonomy, and positive change.
Throughout her career, Kadian has demonstrated strong leadership, resilience, and a proactive approach to addressing complex challenges. She is committed to creating environments in which individuals feel valued, respected, empowered, and supported to achieve their full potential.
