From the very first phone call, the team at KSS Care Solutions made us feel heard. My mother's caregiver is patient, kind, and treats her with so much dignity. We finally feel like we have real support, not just a service.

The staff took the time to really understand my son's needs before creating his care plan. It's clear they genuinely care about getting it right, not just ticking boxes.

Moving into supported living was a big step for me, but the team made it feel manageable. I've learned to cook, manage my own budget, and I finally feel independent.

Reliable, professional, and always on time. Whatever we need, the team adjusts without any fuss. It's reassuring to know we can count on them every single week.

I've worked in care for years, and KSS is different. They actually invest in their staff — proper training, real support, and they listen when you raise concerns.

Having the same caregiver each week has made such a difference. She knows my routine, my preferences, and treats me like a person, not a task on a list.

We were nervous about finding the right support for our daughter, but the team's patience and communication put us at ease from day one. She's thriving now, and so are we.
